Your information is used to manage bookings, send appointment confirmations and updates, process payments, and improve our services. We may send promotional offers with your consent.
3. Verification Codes
Email addresses are verified using one-time codes sent to your inbox. Verification codes expire after a short time and are used only to confirm account ownership.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with our groomers and service providers as needed to fulfill your bookings.
5. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards, including hashed passwords and encrypted sessions.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting the shop that holds it. You can update your profile, and remove your pets and their records, directly in the ShopFurPet app.
