1. Services
ShopFurPet is a marketplace where independent pet shops offer grooming, clinic visits, pet hotel stays and products. Each booking or order is with the shop you choose and is subject to that shop's availability and operating hours.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled through the app. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start may be subject to a cancellation policy determined by the shop.
3. Payments
You pay the shop directly: by GCash, Maya or bank QR (you send a screenshot of the payment, which the shop checks and confirms) or at the shop. Bookings need a ₱50 reservation fee, which is deducted when you settle at the shop. Prices shown include the base price; add-ons, coupons and any tax are reflected at checkout.
4. Pet Health & Safety
You confirm that your pet is in good health and up to date on vaccinations. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns when booking so our groomers can care for your pet safely.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Liability
Services are provided by the shop you book with. While shops take every precaution, grooming and veterinary care involve handling live animals. Neither the shop nor ShopFurPet is liable for pre-existing conditions or injuries arising from undisclosed health or behavioral issues.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
