Pet owners
Is the app free for pet owners?
Yes. Creating an account is free. You pay the shop for its services, starting with a ₱50 reservation fee when you book.
Do I need to download anything?
No. The app runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen like any other app.
How do I pay?
Send the ₱50 reservation fee to the shop's GCash, Maya or bank QR and upload the screenshot. The shop confirms it, and you pay the rest at the shop.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from your bookings page, until the appointment or check-in starts. Fees aren't refunded automatically; talk to the shop about any payment.
Pet businesses
Do I need to be VAT-registered?
No. You choose your tax mode in settings. VAT-registered shops get BIR-compliant receipts with a full tax breakdown.
How do my customers see my store?
Your shop appears in the ShopFurPet customer web app (it works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen), with all your branches grouped under one listing.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade to add more branches or enable Pet Hotel and Clinic features.
How do I get paid for orders and bookings?
Your customers pay your GCash, Maya or bank QR and send a screenshot that your admin or cashier approves, or they settle at the shop.
